Job summary

CONCORDE HOTEL SINGAPORE is seeking a Stewarding Assistant to manage setup and maintenance of products and resources within the Stewarding department, supporting service quality improvements and participating in hotel events to help meet budget goals.

You will collaborate with a professional team, rotate shifts including public holidays and weekends, and contribute to creating a tidy, efficient work environment that supports excellence in guest service.

• Demonstrate effective teamwork skills to support group objectives.
• Show flexibility by working rotating shifts, public holidays and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, dismantle, store, maintain and handle all products and resources for Stewarding department following established standards to ensure tidiness and cleanliness of work and service stations
• Receive and report product and service issues, providing actionable feedback to improve quality
• Participate actively in hotel events and stewarding department communication sessions such as briefings and host events to support team alignment
• Complete stewarding department initiatives aimed at meeting or exceeding monthly budget targets through effective execution
• Collaborate with team members to build a productive work environment and strengthen section teamwork
