Stewarding Operations (Dishwasher Supervisor)
Location: South Singapore
Job Type: Full-Time | Rotating Shifts
Gross Salary: Up to $3,700++ (Includes shift allowance, OT, bonuses, and night shift compensation)
Sign-On Bonus: One-month salary upon confirmation

  • Daily Ops Leadership
    Manage and motivate a stewarding team (FTs + PTs), ensuring smooth shift transitions and spotless performance.
  • Cleanliness & Compliance
    Enforce hygiene standards and cleaning SOPs with precision.
  • Inventory Oversight
    Keep tabs on Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E) to ensure no one ever runs out mid-shift.
  • Deep-Cleaning Scheduling
    Organize and lead regular deep-cleaning sessions to keep BOH areas inspection-ready.
  • Team Support & Issue Handling
    Be the go-to person on the ground, solving problems, guiding staff, and keeping the kitchen humming.

  • 2+ years of stewarding or back-of-house experience in a fast-paced kitchen
  • At least 1 year leading or supervising teams (bonus if in F&B)
  • Strong knowledge of hygiene protocols and cleaning systems
  • A team player who communicates clearly and leads by doing
  • Comfortable with rotating shifts, weekends & public holidays
