Job description

[Step Down Role/ No Exp Needed !! Work in Hospital !!] Ward Service Associate (Min N Level)- Up 2.3K @Jurong #HJC

• Any 5 days in a week (inclusive of weekends & PH)
• Okay with 2 shifts (10am – 7.30pm & 7am to 4.30pm)
• Total 42h work week

Job Scope

• Provide excellent customer service to the patients
• Serve food & drinks to patients and clearing it once patients have finished their meals
• Check food served against patient meal orders (dietary requirements/restrictions)
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations
• Maintains levels of confidentiality and discretion of the patients.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Manager
