Job summary

MARTEST ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites applications for a Crewboat Operator to manage vessel operation in line with MPA regulations and the company’s safety guidelines.

You will routinely maintain the vessel, coordinate with management and clients to minimise downtime, and be prepared to work on weekends and public holidays to meet scheduling needs. Knowledge of emergency procedures and basic navigation skills preferred. Competitive pay and exposure to international port operations.

Qualifications

• Valid MPA Helmsman/Steersman (PortLimit) certificate required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience operating a crewboat.
• Well organized and punctual with strong time management.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Singaporean & PR only

Responsibilities

• Operate the vessel safely and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Maintain and upkeep the vessel’s condition.
• Liaise with management and clients to minimise downtime and delays.
• Comply with MPA and statutory regulations at all times.
• Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.
