Job summary

AWIN SURFACE COATING PTE. LTD. seeks a skilled Structural BIM Modeler to develop steel structure models in Tekla Structures and coordinate drawings with multidisciplinary teams. You will manage revisions, prepare fabrication drawings, and raise RFIs to ensure timely approvals and accurate records.

The role requires collaboration with engineers, detailers, fabricators, clients, and site teams, with strong emphasis on quality and interfaces across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• 3–5 years in engineering and fabrication with site erection exposure.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage steel structure models in Tekla Structures using approved information and standards.
• Coordinate model and drawing deliverables with engineers, detailers, fabricators, clients and site teams.
• Review models and drawings for accuracy, constructability and consistency with documents.
• Manage model revisions and submissions; address and record review comments.
• Prepare general arrangement, shop, fabrication and erection drawings with material and bolt lists.
• Raise RFIs and coordinate with clients to obtain approvals and maintain records.
