Nestlé S.A. in Singapore seeks a Steam Boiler Engineer to oversee operation and maintenance of the industrial services plant. You will support the Jurong Factory’s general services and equipment maintenance while driving maintenance and improvement plans.

You will lead safety, training, budgeting, and compliance activities, mentoring operators, coordinating contractors, and ensuring food safety and environmental practices are followed daily.

Formación

• Must have Grade 2 Steam Boiler certification.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with industrial services plant is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain the industrial services plant and ancillaries.
• Support Jurong Factory general services and maintenance of mobile handling equipment.
• Define, propose and monitor Maintenance and Improvement (M&I) plans in line with Nestlé Maintenance Strategy.
• Lead continuous improvement activities using NCE mindset and methodologies.
• Manage Facility System & Compliance within Engineering.
• Propose and control the M&I budget.
• Plan materials and resources for shutdown activities.
• Prepare skill matrix for Industrial Services operators.
• Manage contractors' work and safety when engaged in maintenance.
• Conduct in-house training (Theory & Practical) for selected employees to ensure technical competence.

We are looking for a Steam Boiler Engineer to:

• Primarily managing operation and maintenance of Industrial Services plant.
• Support Jurong Factory general services and maintenance of mobile handling equipment.
• Define, propose and monitor Maintenance and Improvement (M&I) plans and objectives in accordance with Nestlé Maintenance Strategy
• Actively lead continuous improvement activities in the responsible area by using NCE mindset and methodologies.
• Facility System & Compliance management in the Engineering Department.
• Propose and control the M&I budget.
• Plan material and resources for the shutdown activities.
• Prepare skill matrix for the Industrial Services operators.
• Manage contractors' work and safety whenever they are engaged in the maintenance.
• Responsible for conducting in-house training (Theory & Practical) for selected employees to be technically competent to carry out their duties.

What Will Make You Successful

• Must be certified Grade 2 Steam Boiler
