CognoGroup is looking for an entrepreneurial leader who is passionate about utilizing AI to enhance human potential. In this role, you will be following the Startup Founder Partner model, similar to that of an Entrepreneur in Residence, Venture Builder, Startup Lead, or Venture Partner. Your main responsibility will involve collaborating closely with the CognoGroup team to create and launch a new venture in the recruitment sector.The venture is currently in the phase of a viable SaaS product. Your primary objectives will include developing monthly recurring revenue (MRR), engaging in business development activities with larger firms for the initial product, serving as a spokesperson in the market, and positioning the product for sustainable success.You will be leading all aspects of the venture creation process, with a focus on validating the initial concept and formulating the go-to-market strategy. Some of your key responsibilities will include developing the business model, go-to-market strategy, and product roadmap; driving early traction for the product; establishing industry partnerships and acquiring the first set of clients; creating marketing materials and presentations; and potentially assisting in fundraising if early traction is achieved.If the venture demonstrates strong potential by achieving early traction, efforts will be made to raise capital for the company. As a listed founder of the subsidiary company, you will own a substantial equity stake and take charge of leading the company towards its mission.About You:- You are enthusiastic about leveraging AI to address significant challenges and empower individuals.- You are creative, motivated, and action-driven.- You possess strong communication and business development skills.- You have an understanding of the SaaS business model and product development.Location:This is a fully remote-first company.Note on Structure and Compensation:This opportunity is structured as a six-month project. Compensation for the initial three months will be in company shares or equity.
