Lobby Service Associate (6 Months) - Government Hospital Setting

Start Date: June 2025

Working Hours: AM/PM shifts, any 5 days in a week

As a front-line professional manning the first touch-points in the hospitals, the incumbent will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors at the lobby and visitor registration counters.

Responsibilities:

• Perform visitor registration and attend to visitors' enquiries calmly and courteously.
• Ensure smooth operations at gantries and self-registration kiosks.
• Handle first level complaints with a disposition.
• Be responsive to emergency situations in the main lobby.
• Ensure compliance with the organization’s guidelines and regulations while carrying out work duties.
• Contribute to achieving individual and team KPIs.
• Assist in roster planning and daily deployment.
• Lead the team in continuous service improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum N/O Level, NITEC, or Diploma.
• Experience in Customer Service.
• Able to stand for long hours.
• Keen interest in Healthcare Settings.
