  2. Marketing Transition Skills: Ability to shift marketing focus from "Customer targeting" to "Business targeting". Responsible for distribution strategy and aiding the company's transformation from a single-store to a multi-chain franchise operation.
  3. Product Optimization: Capable of optimizing existing product structures, studying local consumption habits, and avoiding unfavorable competition. Should assist in product differentiation and understand central kitchen operations to promote enterprise development.
  4. Market Connections and Research: Ideally possess market-related connections for external collaborations. Responsible for market research on competitors and helping develop a competitive edge.
  5. Advertising Strategies: Able to develop reasonable advertising strategies aimed at reducing costs and maximizing campaign outreach.
  6. Work Schedule: Willing to work on weekends and overtime due to the service industry nature.
