Job summary

IRON CHEF F&B PTE. LTD. is seeking a Stall Assistant to greet customers, take orders, and provide food recommendations while ensuring accuracy and friendly service. You will assist with food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and help keep the stall organized during busy periods.

This role requires adherence to hygiene standards, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays. Training will cover SOPs and safe handling of ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders and answer questions on food items.
• Make food recommendations and counter serve food and beverages.
• Maintain proper sanitization of food preparation areas following SOPs.
• Assist the Cook with ingredients preparation and packaging of materials.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and food preparation areas.
• Handle kitchen equipment properly and dispose of garbage.
• Ensure overall kitchen cleanliness and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job description

The Stall Assistant , takes customer orders and answers questions on food items. In addition to making food recommendations, and counter serving food and beverages to customers.

Responsibilities (Key Result Areas & Activities)

• Ensure proper sanitization of food preparation areas following SOPs
• Assist the Cook with ingredients preparation
• Prepare and pack various uncooked food materials
• Clean food preparation equipment thoroughly
• Handle kitchen equipment properly
• Dispose of garbage and maintain the disposal area
• Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
