Job summary

TAM FOODS PTE. LTD. is seeking a cafe team member to greet customers, take orders, prepare drinks and snacks, handle payments, manage stock, and maintain hygiene in a busy café setting.

The role includes supporting colleagues and contributing to a smooth visitor experience in our café and center.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, take orders efficiently, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold drinks, snacks, and meals according to café recipes and health standards.
• Assist with cashing up procedures, handle payments accurately, and maintain financial accountability.
• Monitor inventory, rotate stock to ensure freshness, check 'use by' dates, and report low or expired items to management.
• Maintain a clean and tidy café environment, including tables, counters, and equipment, and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Provide general assistance within the café or visitor center as needed, including helping colleagues and performing other job-related tasks as directed.
