ARKCLUB INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Performing Artiste Manager to oversee the venue's entertainment lineup, bridging creative talent and business goals, including talent scouting, contracts, and live shows.

You will collaborate with marketing and F&B, set KPIs, manage budgets, and coordinate with tech crews for events, while ensuring regulatory compliance and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Proven experience in entertainment management, talent booking, or related field.
• Deep understanding of current musical trends and local live music ecosystem.
• Strong negotiation skills with contract management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to manage diverse creative personalities.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Talent scouting & programming: source and audition vocalists, bands, and DJs; curate monthly entertainment calendar.
• Contracting & compliance: negotiate fees/terms; ensure valid contracts and licensing compliance.
• Performance management: set KPIs for performers; conduct reviews and coaching.
• Budget oversight: manage monthly entertainment budget to balance quality and ROI.
• Strategic planning: collaborate with Marketing and F&B to develop themed nights and campaigns.
