Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience programming in C++, Java, Python, or Go.
• 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
• 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
• Experience designing and building large-scale back-end distributed systems or data processing pipelines.
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-quarter technical strategy and architecture for high-throughput, low-latency advertising serving stacks and petabyte-scale data and measurement pipelines.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and enhance large-scale back-end software solutions, leveraging distributed data processing and storage systems.
• Lead cross-functional technical initiatives across privacy-preserving measurement, attribution, and ML optimization to improve advertiser ROI.
• Influence, mentor, and coach a distributed team of engineers, elevating code health, velocity, and AI-accelerated development workflows.
• Facilitate alignment and clarity across Engineering and Product Management partners across Singapore and global offices on technical goals, outcomes, and timelines.
