Job summary

INFINEON TECHNOLOGIES ASIA PACIFIC PTE LTD seeks a Staff Specialist Master Data Management to lead MD activities within the SAP S/4HANA transformation program. You will drive governance, data quality, and process improvements across supply chain, manufacturing, and order processing.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, support change management and training, and ensure data accuracy, archival of obsolete records, and ongoing governance to sustain data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, SCM, Logistics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, PM, or Master Data management.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and manufacturing systems, preferably in semiconductors.
• Experience with SAP ERP systems, especially SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Business Master Data Lead for all MD activities within the SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage Master Data project activities, including strategy development, risk management, testing, and implementation.
• Drive change management, communication, and training initiatives to support project adoption and readiness.
• Manage and maintain master data used across production, business operations, order processing, and project execution.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency through regular updates, error resolution, and archival of obsolete records.
• Establish and maintain data governance practices to ensure high data quality and integrity.
• Develop understanding of product specs, manufacturing processes, and business requirements to support data management.
• Provide coaching and knowledge-sharing to strengthen team capabilities.
• Support global MD projects related to data management and process optimization.
• Understand supply chain and logistics requirements across front-end and back-end manufacturing operations.
• Analyze product, material, and logistics data to support efficient supply chain execution and decisions.
• Contribute to design, enhancement, and continuous improvement of Master Data systems.

The Staff Specialist Master Data Management will serve as the key business representative for Master Data activities within the SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This role is responsible for driving master data governance, ensuring data quality and integrity, supporting supply chain and manufacturing operations, and leading project activities related to data management, process improvement, and system enhancements. Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience , preferably in supply chain operations, project management, or Master Data management.
• Good understanding of supply chain processes and manufacturing systems, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
• Experience with SAP ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA , will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.
• Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and structured in approach.
