Job Description

In this role, you will:

1. Utilize Management Reports: Compile relevant information and present it transparently to influence project decisions, resource allocation, and task forces, especially for ramp-up and change projects of medium complexity.
2. Represent Operations in Product Development: Participate in milestone meetings and ensure timely execution of work packages related to supply chain, production, and delivery capabilities from project release to production release.
3. Lead and Moderate International Cross-Functional Teams: Oversee ramp-up teams between M8 and M10 to ensure timely completion and delivery capability, including responsibility definition, tracking, and escalation when necessary.
4. Interface Function: Act as a bridge between development, marketing, quality, finance, logistics, and production sites to resolve production issues effectively.
5. Develop and Monitor Ramp-up Scenarios: Define and track yield, test time, and throughput roadmaps collaboratively.
6. Manage Samples and Wafers: Plan, order, and track samples and wafers post-M3, ensuring technical alignment with factories.
7. Coordinate Parallel Projects: Synchronize housing, technology, and product milestone projects for seamless progression.
8. Lead the DIV Change Team: Organize and facilitate global meetings to achieve timely change publications, track responsibilities, and manage escalation processes.
9. Coordinate Product Changes: Synchronize frontend, backend, and product modifications to minimize costs and customer notifications.

Your Profile
