Job summary

Seoulstart is seeking an experienced software engineer to design and build core infrastructure components for large-scale distributed systems. You will lead design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and write robust production-grade code in Go, Java, or C++ while addressing performance and reliability at scale.

You will collaborate with product and architecture teams to define next-generation platform features, bringing deep networking, cloud, and security expertise to the role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience in large-scale distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Go, Java, C++, or similar systems programming language.
• Deep understanding of networking protocols, cloud infrastructure, and security concepts.
• Strong track record of leading technical projects from design through production deployment.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across global engineering teams.
