Responsibilities

Drive Cost and/or Max Out goals

• Understand short‑term and long‑term Cost, Max Out goals within Front End and ensure alignment to corporate business goals. Initiate and drive cross‑functional programs to achieve corporate business goals.
• Facilitate the definition of program scope, goals, deliverables, timeline and resource requirements in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Manage the definition, refinement, and implementation of core methodologies and tools for business process including reporting.
• Drive delivery of IPP Goals Performance.

Deliver tactical support and program management

• Establish structure and manage program dependencies, prioritize programs, track program milestone and deliverables.
• Enable program success through subject matter expertise.
• Deliver program proposals and regular progress reports.
• Identify potential roadblocks, develop and execute resolution plans.
• Facilitate regular meeting cadence with key business partners.
• Engage with key stakeholders and leadership teams to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.

Communication

• Conduct regular communication update to Senior leadership, Sites and PROCT leadership team.
• Conduct program priorities, roadmap, wins, issues and any program related changes communication to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/master’s in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Experience / understanding of Micron FE manufacturing processes and business processes.
• Excellent analytical, fact‑based decision‑making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration with other groups, internally and externally.
• Knowledge on data analytics and programming is beneficial.
• Proven ability to plan and prioritize goals and objectives.
• Proven ability to multi‑task and lead team to meet challenging deadlines and goals.
• Demonstrated ability to measure self and team for efficiency and effectiveness.
