Ethos is seeking staff scientists to help train a cutting-edge language model on professional presentation tasks. Location: fully remote; 5-20 hours per week; ASAP start.

Candidates should have a PhD with 3+ years of active research and a proven publication record, plus conference presentation experience and expert PowerPoint skills.

Work includes creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated presentations across conference decks, posters, grant figures, and research summaries.
