Key Responsibilities
- Lead End-to-End Solution Delivery
- Lead enterprise EHSS initiatives from business discovery and requirements definition through deployment, stabilization, and transition to sustainment.
- Translate operational and regulatory requirements into scalable business processes and technology solutions, including recommendations that support portfolio and investment decisions.
- Serve as the primary business lead for assigned initiatives, managing scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, resources, and collaborator alignment across the program lifecycle.
- Partner with EHSS, IT, software providers, and implementation partners to deliver solutions that improve operational performance, compliance, and business outcomes.
- Find opportunities for process improvement, analytics, automation, and emerging technologies, and support evaluation of appropriate solution options.
- Drive accountability and resolution of delivery risks, issues, and dependencies across business and technical teams.
- Lead Governance, Adoption & Change
- Lead business acceptance testing, readiness activities, and deployment decisions.
- Establish effective governance, decision-making, and collaborator engagement processes.
- Provide clear program status, risk management, and executive communications throughout delivery.
- Partner with change management and training teams to support successful adoption and transition.
- Apply EHSS Expertise & Drive Outcomes
- Apply strong Health & Safety expertise to ensure solutions are practical, compliant, and aligned with operational needs.
- Collaborate across EHSS domains to support enterprise solution delivery and knowledge sharing.
- Define and track business outcomes, adoption measures, and value realization for deployed capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement across EHSS solution delivery practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, Information Systems, Business, Program Management, or a related field.
- 8-12+ years of experience in EHSS, enterprise solution delivery, program management, business transformation, or related disciplines.
- Significant practical experience in Health & Safety, occupational health, incident management, risk management, contractor safety, or similar regulated operational environments.
- Demonstrable experience leading complex technology-enabled programs involving business collaborators, IT organizations, software vendors, and implementation partners.
- Experience leading initiatives from business discovery and requirements definition through deployment, adoption, and stabilization.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into effective operational and technology solutions.
- Demonstrable ability to influence decisions, encourage accountability, and achieve results across organizations without direct authority.
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, ServiceNow, VelocityEHS, or similar business systems.
- Strong collaborator management, facilitation, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with analytics, automation, and emerging digital capabilities, and the ability to find opportunities where they may improve business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Health & Safety processes such as incident management, corrective actions, risk assessments, occupational health, contractor safety, industrial hygiene, ergonomics, or regulatory reporting.
- Experience with ISO 45001, management systems, compliance programs, or audit-ready operational processes.
- Experience supporting Environmental, Chemical, Product Compliance, Sustainability, Quality, Manufacturing, Facilities, or other regulated business functions.
- Experience delivering global or multi-site programs involving regional and site collaborators.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, ServiceNow, VelocityEHS, or comparable enterprise platforms.
- Experience leading software vendors, implementation partners, consulting teams, or system integrators.
- Experience in digital transformation, workflow automation, analytics, AI-enabled business solutions, low-code platforms, or Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
- Experience applying program management, product ownership, business analysis, or agile delivery practices.
