Staff Nurse [Urgent Care]

As a Staff Nurse (Emergency / Urgent Care), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assess each patient's physical, psychological, and social needs to determine priority of care.
• Provide timely and accurate assessments of a patient's medical history, chief complaint, and medications.
• Ensure patient comfort while providing safe, patient education care.
• Regularly monitor patient assessments and document them accordingly.
• Provide assistance to doctors during physical examinations, diagnostic tests, and patient treatment.
• Administer medication.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Nursing
• Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
