Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-operative assessments, surgery listings, and OT bookings.
• Liaise with doctors, patients, and operating theatre teams to ensure smooth surgery arrangements.
• Ensure all surgical listing documents are complete and accurate.
• Manage appointment reminders and follow-ups for surgery cases.
• Assist doctors during consultations and minor procedures.
• Perform basic clinical assessments and instill eye drops as required.
• Educate patients on medication use, post-procedure instructions, and surgery preparation.
• Provide first aid or emergency response support within the clinic as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Support front desk operations: phone calls, patient flow, billing, and appointment scheduling.
• Manage inventory and liaise with all clinic branches to ensure adequate stock of medications and consumables.
• Ensure emergency drug kits are stocked and within expiry.
• Participate in mobile screening events and community outreach when required.
