STAFFKING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its oncology clinic team.

You will support doctors and the clinic, prepare patients for consultations, perform venepuncture and blood collection, and assist with chemotherapy administration and safety protocols. The ideal candidate holds SNB registration with BCLS and AED, plus 2–3 years of nursing experience (oncology experience preferred). Strong patient care and communication skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Registered Nurse with valid SNB registration, BCLS and AED certification.
• Minimum 2-3 years of nursing experience; oncology experience is an advantage.
• Experience in venepuncture and cannulation is strongly preferred.
• Competent in IV cannulation and Port-a-Cath access/care.
• Strong patient-care and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support doctors and the clinic team in ensuring smooth daily oncology clinic operations.
• Prepare patients for consultations, including venepuncture, blood collection and laboratory investigations.
• Administer chemotherapy and other prescribed treatments according to clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Perform IV cannulation and Port-a-Cath access/care where required.
• Monitor patients during treatment and provide nursing care, education and emotional support.
• Coordinate appointments, investigations, referrals and follow-up care.
• Review and track laboratory/investigation results for timely patient follow-up.
• Dispense medications and provide appropriate patient education as instructed by doctors.
• Monitor medication and medical supply inventory and assist with stock management.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and comply with infection control and regulatory requirements.
• Provide financial counselling to patients and caregivers regarding treatment costs, Medisave and insurance matters.
• Participate in after-hours patient support on a roster basis when required.
• Support general clinic administration and other duties assigned by the Doctor or Nurse Manager.
