Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Registered Nurse to join an oncology clinic in Singapore.

You will assist doctors, prepare patients for consultations, perform venipuncture and IV cannulation, and administer chemotherapy under established protocols. You will monitor patients during treatment, provide education and emotional support, coordinate appointments, and maintain accurate records while ensuring infection control and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid SNB registration, BCLS and AED certification.
• Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience; oncology experience is an advantage.
• Experience in venepuncture and cannulation is strongly preferred.
• Competent in IV cannulation and Port-a-Cath access/care.

Responsibilities

• Support doctors and clinic team in daily oncology clinic operations.
• Prepare patients for consultations, including venepuncture and investigations.
• Administer chemotherapy and other prescribed treatments per protocols and safety standards.
• Perform IV cannulation and Port-a-Cath access/care as required.
• Monitor patients during treatment and provide nursing care, education and emotional support.
• Coordinate appointments, investigations, referrals and follow-up care.
• Review and track laboratory results for timely follow-up.
• Dispense medications and provide patient education as instructed by doctors.
• Monitor stock inventory and assist with stock management.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and comply with infection control and regulatory requirements.
• Provide financial counselling regarding treatment costs, Medisave and insurance matters.
• Participate in after-hours patient support on a roster basis.
• Support general clinic administration and other duties assigned by Doctor or Nurse Manager.

• Perform IV cannulation and Port-a-Cath access/care where required.
• Monitor patients during treatment and provide nursing care, education and emotional support.
• Coordinate appointments, investigations, referrals and follow-up care.
