As a Wound Care Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of clinical practice, patient education, and staff training in wound care management.

Your role involves leading, coordinating, and implementing wound care management plans, education, and counselling to support patients with acute and chronic wound care needs and their families.

You will also contribute to the organization’s chronic wound care initiatives to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board.
  • Post-Graduate Diploma in Wound Management or an equivalent nursing specialty (a Degree in Nursing is optional but advantageous).
  • Passionate in the area of clinical wound management for patients and in upskilling fellow nurses in this specialty area.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience (Nurse Clinician), with relevant expertise in wound care management.
  • A pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results oriented.
