Staff Nurse (Senior Care / Up to $4500 / 5 Days / East)

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing interventions in accordance with individualized care plans and perform nursing procedures based on the specific needs of each client.

• Provide guidance, training, and supervision to care staff to ensure quality care delivery.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and communicate any changes in the client’s condition or care requirements.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor service outcomes, and escalate cases when more intensive medical intervention is required.

• Offer continuous education and support to clients, caregivers, and their families to promote understanding and effective care.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned, including providing coverage for fellow Staff Nurses at other Senior Care facilities when needed.
