Staff Nurse - Orchard Heart Specialist Clinic

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Attending to patients in registration and discharge
2. Dispensing and explaining to patients on the medications
3. Submitting claims for insurance purposes
4. Preparing letters of guarantee and admission forms
5. Explaining procedures to be done to patients
6. Assisting in ECG if needed
7. Dressing of wounds
8. Assisting doctors in minor procedures on an ad hoc basis in the clinic
9. Teamwork and good communication

Job Requirements:

1. Experience in a specialist clinic setting is preferred.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
4. Knowledge of medical billing software and basic computer skills.
5. Perform any other duties as assigned by your manager.
