As a Staff Nurse (Disability Home), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Supervise care staff and oversee daily operations.


• Provide medical care, including emergencies, medication, and treatments.


• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and nursing standards.


• Maintain health records and coordinate medical follow-ups.


• Assist with daily living activities (hygiene, feeding, mobility).


• Monitor vital signs (e.g., glucose, blood pressure) and report changes.


• Collaborate with therapists on rehabilitation programs.


• Train staff, onboard new hires, and document incidents.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Nursing and registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
