Metta Home provides long-term residential and day care services for adults (18–55 years old) with intellectual disabilities. Our multi-disciplinary team supports their health, well-being, and social integration.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Provide nursing care and monitor the medical needs of residents
Supervise and guide nurse aides, health attendants, and support staff
Work closely with caregivers and families to provide well-rounded support
Conduct client assessments and develop care plans
Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for beneficiaries
Assist in training and development for staff and caregivers
Participate in fundraising activities to support our mission

What We Look For
  • Minimum 3–5 years of nursing experience, preferably in special needs or geriatric care
  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing
  • Additional certification in Palliative Care is an advantage
  • Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
  • Team-oriented, compassionate, and patient
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable to changing care needs

Work Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: 5-day rotating work week, 2 shift ( am shift , 7am - 3pm, while pm shift is 1pm -9pm).
