Staff Nurse (DAYCARE) - Office Hours/East #HAO

Salary: up to $5000

Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri office hours, Sat half day

Job Description:

1. Implement nursing interventions as outlined in the care plan and carry out nursing procedures according to the care needs of the client.
2. Provide training and supervision to care staff.
3. Co-ordinate with other team members and update them on the changes in the client's condition and needs.
4. Prepare clinical documentation, monitor outcomes of services, and perform escalation of cases if there is a need for more acute management of clients.
5. Provide ongoing support and education to the caregiver, client, and family.
6. Carry out other responsibilities and duties as assigned from time to time, including coverage of other Staff Nurse in other Senior Care facilities if necessary.

Job Requirements: Min VALID SNB & BCLS with min 5 yrs of relevant ward experience in Geriatric / General / Cardiac / Ortho / Medical / Neurology disciplines.
