Work Schedule:
3 rotating shifts
7 AM – 3 PM / 1 PM – 9 PM / 9 PM – 9 AM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality nursing care while upholding our SOPs and nursing home policies
  • Administer medications with care, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Lead internal audits and implement proactive solutions for compliance
  • Conduct regular ward rounds, addressing residents’ needs with empathy and urgency
  • Mentor and supervise junior nursing staff, fostering a positive team culture

Requirements:

  • Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) – full registration preferred
  • Prior experience in a hospital or nursing home environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A natural team player who is proactive and self-motivated
  • Able to commit to a 6-day work week with rotating shifts
