About the Role:


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our established nursing home located in the peaceful and community-focused area of Sembawang. As part of a multidisciplinary care team, you’ll provide holistic nursing care across our five well-organized wards, ensuring residents receive the attention, dignity, and medical support they deserve.

The facility comprises:

  • 3 Female Wards
  • 1 Male Ward
  • 1 Children’s Ward
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver patient-centered nursing care across assigned wards, supporting residents with chronic conditions, rehabilitation needs, or disabilities.
  • Monitor and assess residents’ health status and assist in developing individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and carry out nursing procedures in accordance with SNB standards.
  • Work closely with doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and allied health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
  • Educate and support residents and families regarding treatment plans and daily care routines.
  • Supervise and guide junior nurses and care staff, fostering a culture of safety, respect, and teamwork.
