Job Summary

Our team is looking for a dedicated senior staff nurse who wants to join our company.

A senior Registered Nurse, a healthcare professional who provides high-quality nursing care to our renal patients.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a high standard of care for all patients during their shifts.
• Recognising a patient's health condition change and responding appropriately.
• Recording and monitoring a patient's vital signs.
• You will work closely with nurse managers to deliver patient care.
• To ensure that all team members report changes in patient progress effectively, both verbally and in written form. Ensure that accurate, legible, and holistic nursing records are maintained according to policy guidelines and unit guidance.

Qualifications

• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board is a must.
• With Renal experience is an advantage
• Training will be provided for those without renal experience.
• Our Centre operate on 2 shifts (Morning : 7:00am - 3:00pm , Afternoon : 2.30pm - 10.30pm) from Monday to Saturday. (Sunday, off day)
