Job summary

Airwallex Singapore is seeking an experienced Mobile Engineer (iOS) to join our Payments team and help build native iOS solutions for global merchants. You will contribute to securing and accelerating our OCC mobile platform and Wallet integration across markets.

The role requires deep familiarity with SwiftUI, iOS frameworks, and RESTful APIs, with a focus on maintainable, testable code and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• BS / MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent majors.
• 7+ years of professional experience developing native apps in iOS (SwiftUI).
• Expert knowledge of iOS frameworks and ecosystem.
• Good understanding of design patterns for mobile development.
• Experience using RESTful APIs.
• Promote robust and maintainable code with high test coverage, and can maintain automation pipelines for CI/CD.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Able to communicate fluently in English.
• While this position primarily focuses on iOS development, your expertise in Android is also highly regarded.

What you’ll do

Join our dynamic team as an engineer and play a pivotal role in revolutionizing the security landscape of online transactions! As an experienced Mobile Engineer (iOS), you’ll be part of our Payments team to build the Airwallex mobile-end solutions for our customers to acquire payments from their shoppers across the globe on the go. You will spearhead the Airi Consumer Wallet, first-to-C wallet application in Airwallex, a networked checkout solution that builds a persistent shopper profile across its global merchant network.

You will work with your engineering colleagues as well as product stakeholders to not only make sure it’s secure, reliable, sustainable and developer-friendly but also bring new features and different levels of integration experience. We build our solutions in native technologies across iOS and Android, so we admire that you have a grasp of both platforms.
