The ideal candidate has deep Flutter experience (3+ years) and strong Swift or Kotlin skills, with a track record of delivering scalable mobile solutions and improving engineering processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/SE or related field.
• 7+ years in mobile app development; 3+ years Flutter/Dart.
• Proficiency in Swift or Kotlin (both preferred).
• Experience designing scalable mobile architectures.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration across teams.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobile app development using Flutter and Dart.
• Architect robust mobile solutions with Swift or Kotlin.
• Manage App Store Connect, Play Store, and Firebase access.
• Triage crashes and drive app stability improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on scalable designs.
