Qualifications

• Advanced degree with substantial embedded software experience.

In this role, you will provide technical leadership and architectural guidance while developing innovative software solutions that enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You will support the growth of other engineers, drive adoption of best practices, and help shape the technical direction of critical projects. REQUIREMENTS

• Master's degree or higher with 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience in professional embedded software development
• Preferred Fields of Study: Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
• Expert proficiency in embedded C/C++
• Strong experience in RTOS embedded systems including MCU architecture memory maps, interrupt handling, DMA. Experience designing and developing Board Support Packages, HALs, device drivers and embedded software update mechanisms
• Multithreading, synchronization, concurrency, scheduling latency and resource constraints
• Hardware interfaces and protocols such as UART, SPI, CAN, RS-485 and USB
• Experience with Git, build systems, cross-compilation toolchains, and automated firmware builds.
• Provide technical leadership and strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and guide teams effectively.
