ams OSRAM Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. seeks a Staff Engineer, Production Quality Management to lead QA/QC in OQC operations and drive corrective actions.

You will review data, initiate dispositions for non-conformances, and coordinate with teams to meet customer requirements. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Engineering/Quality/Manufacturing and 5+ years in QA/QC (semiconductor/manufacturing). You’ll engage with Asia/Europe stakeholders, apply SPC/GD&T, and push continuous improvement across

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or a related discipline.
More than 5 years of QA/QC experience in semiconductor or manufacturing.
Experience in NPI qualification, shipment approval, quality improvement and CAPA.
Experience leading or supervising QA technicians and inspectors.
Regular interaction with customers and suppliers in Asia and Europe.
Knowledge of SPC, GD&T, AOI/AI inspection and cleanroom practices.
Root-cause analysis, FACA/CAPA and statistical analysis for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise QA technicians and inspectors in daily OQC operations.
Review OQC data and inspection results; initiate FACA and lot disposition for non-conformance.
Drive corrective actions and ensure quality issues are addressed and closed on time.
Support NPI readiness and identify product, process and quality-system risks.
Drive quality performance to the required acceptance level before mass production.
Establish and manage shipment approval to meet customer requirements.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to achieve quality goals.
Drive cost-saving, efficiency and continuous-improvement activities in OQC.
