1100 Micron SemiAsiaOP Pte Ltd is looking for a professional to lead process development and optimization for advanced NAND technologies. This role involves cross-functional integration, troubleshooting, and monitoring to enhance yield and quality.

Own process characterization and recipe/process optimization to meet yield/quality requirements for advanced NAND technologies. Quantify benefits of new chemistries, process sequences, or equipment changes and drive early adoption to improve margin and manufacturability. Independently lead experiments to widen process windows and validate next‑node solutions.
Lead cross‑functional troubleshooting and integration activities to improve yield and quality; translate future device needs into process requirements. Coordinate with global TD peers (including Boise) on node choices and portability/transfer readiness.
Drive portions of research, hardware evaluations, and novel application testing; contribute to patents/technical papers where applicable. Lead or represent wet process in supplier discussions supporting breakthrough solutions.
Identify and drive process simplification opportunities; integrate best‑known manufacturing methods into early development. Design and implement advanced monitoring and control methodologies within module scope. Lead teams/sites/suppliers in quality/yield improvement meetings and ensure clear technical documentation and compliance with IP policy.
Integrates AI‑assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements. Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI‑enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.
PhD ≥3 yrs, or Master’s ≥5 yrs, or Bachelor’s ≥7 yrs of relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
