Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of technical experience in semiconductor diffusion manufacturing on BCD processes with focus on quality and sustainability (SPC/Audit Champion).
• More than 10 years of experience in technology and product transfers with end-to-end planning and execution expertise.

Responsibilities

• Foster effective cross-functional collaboration across TR&D, QMT, quality, planning and BU.
• Drive alignment among diverse stakeholders to achieve business, technology and operational goals.
• Coordinate technology and process transfer activities for strategic corporate programs, including direct interaction with end customers.
• Lead technology and product transfers with accountability for the advance BCD.
• Coordinate with Singapore work teams and ensure strict follow-up.
• Drive execution with Singapore WFO teams, ensuring program alignment and risk mitigation.
