Job Description

You will manage the design, testing, and support of firmware/embedded software applications for existing and next-generation Rockwell Automation products, following engineering best practices, and in partnership with team members across the globe.

You will meet project deliverables with high quality and work in a diverse team environment. You will report to an Engineering Manager based in Singapore.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Relevant experience of at least 3 years in embedded software product development. Candidates with no experience are also welcome to apply.
  • Develop embedded software using C and C++ programming languages.
  • Program 32-bit microcontrollers and develop low-level device drivers.
  • Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems, Computer Engineering, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering with a concentration in Embedded Software Engineering.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Experience in embedded system development, including Real-Time Operating Systems.
  • Knowledge of communication protocols such as Ethernet, USB, WiFi, CAN, Profibus, and IO-Link.
  • Experience with automated unit testing methodologies.
  • While 3+ years of related experience is preferred, we are open to candidates with no full-time experience but who are passionate about joining.
