Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant PhD, Master's, or Bachelor's degree with experience in thin film R&D, strong problem-solving skills, and abilities in structured communication to mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and execute planned experiments in process development.
• Own portions of a process module/sub-module.
• Correlate material, structural, and electrical data.
• Build hands-on knowledge of film equipment behavior.
• Communicate results through technical reports and mentor junior engineers.
