Job summary

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in deposition and metrology, mentoring early-career engineers, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. A PhD or equivalent experience in relevant fields is required, along with proven technical skills and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications require significant Thin Films R&D/PD experience in NAND.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills across various audiences.
• Solid understanding of RCA, DOE, and SPC for defect/yield improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead project-level initiatives in dielectric and carbon-based film processes.
• Perform complex experiments and support integration with mentors.
• Maintain records and prepare technical reports; contribute to guidelines.
