Resident Physician / Senior Resident Physician ( West )
(Staff Clinic | 5-Day Work Week | Approx. $12K Monthly)

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused medical professional to join a dynamic team in delivering high-quality healthcare services tailored to individual needs. This role is ideal for doctors passionate about preventive health, occupational medicine, and staff wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

Health Screenings & Pre-Employment Examinations

• Conduct customized health screenings based on individual risk profiles and health goals
• Provide patients with insights into their health status and guide them to appropriate follow-up care when needed
• Evaluate and determine fitness for employment

Industrial & Occupational Wellness

• Carry out statutory medical examinations in line with prevailing regulations
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting of medical findings

Staff Health Services

• Provide clinical care and support for staff, including the management of work-related illnesses, injuries, and potential exposures

Requirements:

• Recognized medical qualification with valid registration
• Eligibility to take Conditional Registration (C-Reg)
• Prior experience in occupational health, preventive medicine, or staff clinic settings is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to holistic, patient-centred care

Working Hours:

• 5-day work week
• Office hours only

Remuneration:

• Approx. $12,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications
