As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for optimizing the stability and performance of our automation systems and equipment, driving root-cause analysis, and developing data-driven solutions to overcome daily challenges. Your expertise will enable us to achieve target utilization and uptime, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Job Description

• Responsible for manufacturing Automation System and Equipment's Stability and Performance Improvement
• Perform root-cause analysis and drive equipment improvements to achieve target utilization & uptime
• Conduct data analysis and develop data-driven solutions to resolve daily challenges and improve operational performance
• Manage system and equipment's preventive maintenance program
• Support cross-functional projects from PoC to production roll-out to enable advanced automation into operation

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical Engineering or related fields
• 3-5 years of working experience in robotics, manufacturing automation systems, or equipment
• Hands-on experience with robotic, autonomous mobile robots, and automation systems is highly preferred
• Knowledge of programming, preferably Python, to analyze data is an advantage
• Knowledge of data visualization tools, e.g., Tableau, is preferred
• Experience in cross-functional project collaboration is an advantage
• A self-driven individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as part of a team in a global setup
