Position Title:Stacker – Drum Handling & Logistics
Work Location:Pioneer Sector 3
Work Schedule:Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transfer finished steel drums from the production line conveyor to designated storage areas within the drum yard.

• Retrieve and load drums onto the conveyor system for dispatch, including both local deliveries and export shipments.

• Support palletizing activities and assist with loading drums into shipping containers.

• Carry out drum sleeving tasks during container stuffing operations.

• Verify order details for accuracy prior to handling and loading.

• Operate the conveyor system as part of routine duties.

• Perform regular inspections and basic maintenance of conveyor belts and related machinery.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum Primary or Secondary school education.

• Physically capable of lifting loads up to 25kg.

• Willingness to work overtime when required.

• Possession of a valid Class 4 driving license will be an added advantage.

Benefits:

• Transport Allowance: SGD 165 per month.

• Daily Meal Subsidy: SGD 4 per day.

• Overtime Meal Allowance: SGD 8 for OT past 7:00 PM.

• Monthly Drinks Allowance: SGD 15 (non-supervisory roles).

• Annual Wage Supplement (AWS): Equivalent to 1.5 months’ salary.

• Performance Bonus: Ranges from 2 to 3 months.

• Overtime Compensation: Provided in line with company policy.

• Annual Leave Entitlement: 12 days.

Work Environment:

• Outdoor/open-air work environment without air-conditioning or fans.

• Company-provided safety gear: safety shoes, polo shirt, and high-visibility vest.
