The Role

As a Manager or Senior Manager, you’ll lead project teams to deliver tailored accounting and financial reporting solutions across a wide range of transaction types and regulatory initiatives.

Key areas include:

• IFRS 9 advisory, ECL model validation, and disclosures (e.g., IFRS 7)
• Implementation of new reporting standards and accounting policies
• Support for IPOs, carve-outs, and proforma financials
• System implementation input (e.g., IFRS 9 systems, UAT, data specs)
• Transaction structuring and impact assessments
• Enhancing clients’ internal processes, controls, and documentation

You'll work cross-functionally with audit, risk, and technology teams to embed change and ensure compliance.

Your Profile

• Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• 6–8+ years in accounting advisory, audit, or FS financial reporting
• Strong understanding of IFRS 9, ECL models, and financial instruments
• Experience advising financial institutions preferred
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities
