Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a Software Engineer (SRE Focus) to join our Engineering Enablement team and drive developer productivity by building internal platforms, services, and toolchains that power engineering workflows. You will collaborate across teams to enhance reliability, performance, and scalability of our infrastructure, manage complex systems, and deliver high-quality services to internal customers.

A strong focus on platform reliability and tooling will enable engineers to ship code faster

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in SRE/DevOps roles or similar.
• Proficient with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and IaC/CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Enhance system reliability, performance, and scalability; monitor health and resolve issues proactively.
• Build scalable backend services, CI/CD pipelines, and toolchains for developer workflows.
• Improve observability across distributed systems and optimize cloud spend.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and roadmaps.
