Job summary

Devopsroles is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to design and operate a WoG runtime platform on AWS and Kubernetes. You will automate toil, implement observability, and lead incident management to keep systems resilient and scalable.

The role requires strong cloud-native expertise, containerization skills, and experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI/CD and ArgoCD. You will collaborate across teams, drive performance improvements, and guide tenants on best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in computing or equivalent experience.
• Proven SRE/DevOps experience with containerized, cloud-native environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate WoG runtime platform infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Automate toil reduction via CI/CD pipelines and cross-functional collaboration.
• Implement comprehensive observability (logs, metrics, traces) and self-remediation.
• Handle on-call incidents, post-incident reviews and continuous improvement.
• Ensure security and compliance through regular audits and tooling.
• Drive performance, KPIs (MTTR, uptime) and cost-efficiency.
• Advise tenants on containerization and cloud-native best practices.
