Job Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the On-The-Job Training System in alignment with management objectives.
  • Optimize existing tools and resources to ensure accurate and timely assignment of learning content into the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Provide training and support to employees on utilizing services and applications to enhance their learning experience.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage training programs and budget (AOP) to address organizational training requirements.
  • Develop and execute training plans, schedules and budgets to meet the training needs of employees and stakeholders with Singapore.
  • Regularly update the training calendar with the latest information on SharePoint.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure training programs are effectively implemented, communicated, and monitored in compliance with organizational goals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and innovations, integrating relevant updates into training programs to maintain best practices.
  • Facilitate training sessions, including classroom-based, e-learning and On-The-Job trainings, for employees and stakeholders at Bedok and Chai Chee.
  • Develop user manuals, guides and other supporting materials to reinforce learning and provide ongoing resources for employees.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness by collecting participants feedback, measuring impact on business outcomes and recommending improvements.
  • Manage training logistics, including scheduling and coordinating training sessions, and overseeing training materials and equipment’s.
  • Provides administrative support and ensure regulatory compliance for government funded projects.
  • Participate in Learning and Development projects as needed.
  • Support audit processes by attending to requirements and implementing corrective actions.
Job Requirements
  • A minimum of a diploma or degree in a relevant field.
  • Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance is mandatory.
  • At least 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development role / or coordinator, preferably within the semiconductor or engineering industry.
  • Proficient in e-learning platforms and practices.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful to work independently in a face-paced environment.
  • Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
