Work you’ll do

We are seeking ambitious and motivated candidates to join our growing team, which provides commercial assessments and strategic advice to foreign and local enterprises and supports their execution of key initiatives. As a core member of the CDS and VCS team, we take steps to ensure the individual receives broad exposure and balanced experiences across industries and across the transaction life cycle. The individual is expected to progress professionally and move into higher levels of responsibility.

Requirements

Successful candidates will possess teamwork, intellectual curiosity, creativity, attention to detail, and accountability for results. In addition to strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, this role requires the ability to:

  • Work well with diverse client and team members
  • Synthesize large amounts of data and information from primary and secondary research and develop and present sound and accurate conclusions

Structured thinker with analytical skills to work on complex problem solving

  • Assist in developing frameworks/models that address business problems and result in strategic insights
  • Communicate effectively and maturely with client management

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier school with demonstrated analytical capability and academic honors. Master Degree will be an advantage
  • Strong academic credentials required, 3.5 + GPA
  • A strong finance or any engineering background is preferred
  • Fluencyin English is a must
  • Proficiencies with PowerPoint, excel, and various office tools
  • Past school or internship work experiences in business cases and/or modeling are a plus.
  • Analysts will have less than 2 years of experience.
