Job Overview

The Senior, Talent Systems & Operations will manage the daily operations of iCIMS Talent IT systems, ensuring they are optimized for efficiency and scalability for our global workforce. This role is accountable for system support, reporting, and administration of our HR Cloud applications, including HRIS, Freshservice, and iCIMS Talent Cloud technology. Focus areas include simplification, employee experience, globalization, and workflow automation. The Senior, Talent Systems & Operations will report to the HRSD Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with IT and stakeholders to develop, test, validate, and implement new modules and technologies.
  • Gather requirements from the business to clarify needs and priorities.
  • Manage configuration, functionality, workflow automation, and integration of Talent applications and systems.
  • Administer daily operations of Talent systems, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendor support.
  • Assess current Talent systems, identify training needs, and recommend enhancements.
  • Act as the primary Talent System Administrator, providing end-user support and ensuring system adoption.
  • Evaluate processes for improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Ensure quality and timeliness of Talent information and manage requests across the talent lifecycle.
  • Lead project coordination, support HR initiatives, and maintain system documentation.
  • Manage integrations, change management, and system upgrades.
  • Support HR reporting, data analytics, and dashboard development.
  • Build self-service capabilities for managers and employees.
  • Drive continuous improvement aligned with HR processes using technology and automation.
  • Ensure compliance with system governance policies.
  • Support HR projects and maintain knowledge of HR best practices.
Qualifications
  • 4-8 years of experience in Talent Systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or Business.
  • Mandatory knowledge of Workday; HRIS experience preferred.
  • Experience with Cornerstone, ServiceNow, iCIMS ATS, and HR technical applications.
  • Strong technical and functional understanding of HCM systems and integrations.
  • Change management and third-party relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, confidential environment with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with integrations, compensation modules, and performance management.
